About HayPass
HayPass CJSC is an Armenian company that signed a long-term public–private partnership (PPP) with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. For this pioneering project, HayPass builds and will operate a new generation of national identity and biometric infrastructure.

There will be 23 Service Points across Armenia. Currently 14 Service Points will be operating, including 2 in Yerevan and 12 in regional locations. For more details, please refer to the Service Points Map.
No. If your passport is valid, it is not obligatory to replace it with a new biometric passport. You can use it until the expiration date.
Your document will be ready on the 14th business day after your biometric data is collected, and you will be notified when it is ready for pick-up.
As part of your online pre-enrolment, you can choose the service point that is most convenient and preferable for you to submit your biometric data.
If you are not able to show up to your scheduled appointment, you should take a new slot on the next available day and time.
You can only pick up your biometric Document from the same service point where you have submitted your biometric data.
No. Only you can pick up your biometric Document.
